I would have to say this is the best answer over all. Though, BT and Pete have not had an encounter since the spider-fu training, so you can't really look to their past encounters. I don't see why he wouldn't be affected by pressure points.

He has had some lower showings as of late, but to be honest, if Marvel wants to allow the illustration of characters such as Luke Cage, whose durability should be pretty far above BT, as being able to be affected by pressure points, then I see no reason as to why BT couldn't be. Sure, he's durable, but I don't see it being out of the question for Pete to affect him with such.

I think him being stabbed and chucked off a building by white tiger is a low showing, espicially when he was shot in the head and remember conscious later on.
