I'm a huge DC fanboy but I have to say team 1.

I'll go with team 1, Black Panther can beat Batman and go on to beat a weakened Red Hood (although Moon Knight could win if he has Carbonadium armour).

Team 1 have more "powers" fighting skills Panther, Bat and Moon are all on the same level.

Team 1. Panther is Bruce's equal skill-wise and has superior physicals and tech, allowing him to handle Bats without moderate difficulty. MK vs. RH, not sure I'm not to knowledgeable on either, but even if Hood beats Marc, he isn't beating T'Challa.
