It’s been 10 years people,
Slade or lady shiva aren’t an issue for Batman individually, the issue is whether black panther can take out at least one person, so I comes down to who black panther fights first.
Lady Shiva has the technique advantage, black panther has the armour advantage, black panther should be able to wait until lady shiva is tired which I have yet to see in any appearance she has made, but shes human so she must give out eventually.
The only argument Shiva has to beat Black panther is overload of kinetic energy, Black panthers suit has blown up due to overload of kinetic energy from bullets, arguments can be made lady shiva could over load the suit with repeated hits.
Ultimately a fight between Lady Shiva and black panther is 50/50, lady shiva is almost untouchable with barely any individuals landing any good attacks, only Richard Dragon (number 1 martial artist in DC) and Cassandra (number 2 lady shiva’s daughter are the only person to beat her in a fight. Lady Shiva also has yet to show any signs of tiredness and we can expect her stamina to be on par with Batman who seemingly doesn’t sleep, so lady shiva can dodge Black panthers attacks and attack him until the suit overloads. On the other side of the spectrum if black panthers armour to hold out for hours he can win.
If Black Panther fights Deathstroke first Black panther will die, the promethium blade slade has will pierce Black Panthers armour the same way it pierced superman, he’s ikon suit is impenetrable and can only be deactivated by another ikon suit which is in possession of Deathstrokes son, and even if people down play and say the promethium sword won’t pierce the armour the ikon suit can simply hold out while Deathstroke disables Black panthers armour by overloading it with bullets.
Simply put Lady Shiva and Black Panther are the weak links of either team, if deathstroke fights BP and kills him lady Shiva has the feats to hold her own against Batman until Deathstoke makes it a 2 v 1 and they win. Alternatively if Deathstroke fights Batman, Batman has to hope Black panthers armour doesn’t explode in the imcredibly long fight Shiva and Panther will engage in, but even then that fight is 50/50 and the winner will determine the course of the match.
This means Deathstroke and Shiva should win since they have more options to win and Deathstroke is the type to interfere if Black Panthers armour is too much for Lady Shiva and would switch partners and BP wouldn’t be able to fight the only person he can beat due to Deathstrokes armour
Team 2 would win 3 out of 4 times
