  • Roman wants Nick Fury dead, and wages an all out war against the agency.
  • Can Sionis overcome S.H.I.E.L.D. and assassinate Fury?
  • Fury is alerted 10 minutes before the actual attack begins.
  • Both have access to full standard resources.
  • No superhumans are available.

All he'd have to do is hire someone like Taskmaster or Deathstroke, then some fodder soldiers.

He can't hire superhumans (in the description)

SHIELD has some of the poorest trained recruits and soldiers in fictional history. I'm pretty sure the only reason he loses is because of Nick Fury himself.

If this were "Can Black Mask, handcuffed, gagged, blindfolded, and armed with a screwdriver up his nose kill every henchmen on the Helicarrier (and they are armed with handguns, rifles, and assorted explosives)?" I would say, "Absolutely". However, Nick Fury is here, so no.

a superhuman being.

2. exceeding ordinary human power, achievement, experience, etc.:

Finally:

Websters

greater than normal human power, size, or ability

We may have to agree to disagree....but you're wrong. :-P

@floopay: Yeah, within the comic book world, I don't see him breaking the peak human limits. I don't think we should count abilities like move reading and muscle mimicry as superpowers. Just unique traits.
