This fight takes place in NY and this is the current Black Lightning.

AMAZING BATTLE BUT I DON'T KNOW WHO WOULD WIN THEY BOTH HAVE THE SAME POWERS I THINK IT WOULD BE A TIE.

Static has more abilities. Black Lightning cannot manipulate magnetism, but he has the experience and control on his side... I can't decide who would win, though. Some would think that Black Lightning could win because of experience.

That's was funny! This on is a toughy. I'll go with Static. The magnetism is his advantage and he has that flying disk thing. He may not have as much experience as Black Lightning but he does have a good bit under his belt. He's worked with Batman on several ocassion and with other great heroes. He's had adventures in the past and in the future. He's faced some very powerful and evil villains in his superhero career and I gotta say that he would take Black Lightning down. It would an amazing fight to see.
