This has been done before.

Also Black Lightning has taken punches from Geo Force, IIRC. Not to mention Electro tends to not be very intelligent on average with his powers.

I assume it comes to H2H in which BL stomps.

BL for the majority.

@blackwind: What i meant was they both are resistant to electricity and Electro has taken the best shots from Spidey and gas explosions and still stood up.

Black lightning should be able to drain electro. Can he resist that?
