Black Knight vs. Ras Al Ghul

Ras has arranged for the Ebony Blade to be stolen. In order to reclaim it Dane Whitman must defeat the assassin himself.
 
Fight takes place in a medieval castle, starting in the courtyard but not restricted to that location. Dane is wearing his armor and is armed with a adamantium replica of the Ebony Blade, as well as an adamantium dagger. Ras is armed with an adamantium scimitar and dagger.

My money's on Ra's

Ra's the better h2h here so its going to Ras

I think Ra's is a bit too good for him. Black Knight does have some very good skill feats but I think Ra's has a lot of other skills and tactical knowledge to back up his swordplay. Also, I'm pretty sure Ra's is Peak Human wheras Dane Whitman is more like Olympic level.
