Blach Flash would win, if there could be with this match up. Black Flash is simply a personification of death, so he cant technically be beaten, simply delayed. Black hand might as well be an avatar of Death, but as far as I know, he is still considred mortal and alive, so i guess he can still die. Grim Reaper is the less likely of the bunch to be victorious, because i believe he is just a dude in a goofy suite that has a semi-lame superhero for a brother,  but I dont know a lot about him. BlackHeart is a demon, so he probably classifies as immortal, so you would probably have to do some weird ritual to "give his soul its final death" kinda thing.

So in order of their likeliness to win:

  1. Black Flash- Death cant Die
  2. Blackheart- Demons are hard as all hell (cheesy pun intened) to truely kill
  3. Black Hand- Power Ring (of Death!) makes him pretty powerful
  4. Grim Reaper- ....he's got a dorky costume...

It was revealed in Final crisis 5, and Black Flash is an aspect of the Black Racer.

But Black Flash was never "used as a weapon against Darkseid," while Black Racer was, which would be implying they are the same being as they refer to something that happened to one with the other, even when the other was no where near.

What I meant was that While Black Flash is the Black Racer, Black Racer is not just Black Flash. They are for most purposes the same thing, BF simply appears for Flashes, BR appears for everyone else.

Indeed. So everyone that is not a speedster Black Racer appears for them.

So overall would you say stalemate between Blackheart, and Black Flash?
