Tony Stark doesn't have his armor. They go on a date and when he forgets his wallet at home, Felicia is stuck with a $1000.00 bill at a fine restaurant. They take it outside. Felicia is Black Cat. Tony Stark is just Tony Stark. Who wins?

Yes. And Stark from what I hear has enhanced reflexes and healing without his armor?

They go back and forth until the fire escape or water pipes "unluckily" knock Tony out or incapacitate him.
