the image of Phantom lady looks like Stormy Knight ( the last Phantom Lady). if so she wins too powerful even with BC's luck powers. her bad luck only works on who she can see and with PL's invisibilty she wint see her. plus she has no counter for her matter or dimensional manipulation.

this is in a team that has Uncle Sam ( at peak when Americans believe in their country over Superman level), Miss America ( at peak universal level threat around Nu52 Capt atom level. and Neon the unknow an eneergy manipulator of ridiculous levels. not counting the Ray who's been described as manipulating infinte amounts of energy. this is a stomp against black ccat. she would have a chance against Phantom Lady's 1 &2 but not Stormy

@Stronger: Ok Stormy knight ( which is the PL pictured) is somewhat overpowered to be in this fight. she can teleport BC's body parts straight out of her at will, manipulate matter and the space between dimensions, become immaterial and much more.

Then you need to state so. CV rules are if not otherwise stated current of most recent. The image you presented is certainly NOT of the DCNu Phantom Lady. So by the rules it has to be stormy because you didn't state who. Based on what we've seen so far the DCNu PL is almost as powerful as Stormy anyway with Solid dark light constructs that can fight for her, plus being able to simply create weapons out of thin air.

Sandra might be a match in H2H but her showings in H2H are against for the most part less known opponents ( canon fodder). Her invisibility will be an advantage as will he dark light projection and goggles that see in perfect blackness. But Sandra and BC Could go either way.

@beatboks1: Stormy never wore that particular costume. It had to have been Sandra Knight or Dee Tyler. Stormy's costume was different.

@beatboks1: Actually Stormy first appeared in the Battle for Bludhaven series. She was wearing the costume pictrured. I went back and looked at the 2006 Freedom Fighters series and she was also wearing the costume pictured. The other picture you showed was a design concept that she never actually wore in a comic book. So I am pretty sure she never wore the Sandra Knight costume. Considering how they don't wear the same outfit and they are different people I don't see how the most recent argument would apply to Stormy. Going by that costume the most recent would be Dee Tyler.
