I posted a very similar thread before but decided to nerf BP a little by changing it to a half moon instead of a full moon & having the battle take place in a chemical plant with very high catwalks & well...chemicals which is a very bad place to have bad luck so BC should be able to hold her own here

Black panther is a superior fighter and has superior combat speed. I think he takes this in a solid 7/3

The Goblin Formula would put her on par with Black Panthers speed & give her a slight healing factor couple that with her Probability Manipulation & she could easily flee & evade BP to give herself some time to recover a bit although BP does have the edge in intellect & fighting ability keep in mind where there fighting & what her powers are an accident here could be fatal for BP.

@killerforhire: to be honest that's why I have her the three wins. Solely because of her location coupled with luck factor. BP is a much superior fighter. But like you said, one mistake and he could die.

@proto3296: I dun no I would give Cat better odds than that, under a half moon she would have slightly higher stats & her Probability Manipulation would offset Panthers superior fighting ability so for me it could go either way.
