Who would win

That "uncontrollable Canary Cry" thing should be enough.

Dinah should win handily; she has better h2h skills and a wide angle Canary Cry should be able to neutralize Mari, or any animal's abilities she might mimic.

I don't see Vixen having an answer to the Canary Cry.

Couldn't she just be a Cheetah and speed around her?....

I think this should mean something in Vixen's favor. There's also the fact that she was able to steal other people's powers as long as she's in a 150 ft radius. No one remembers when she mimicked the power of Hal Jordan's power ring. Or when she took imitated Superman's powers.

@Pokeysteve: I don't think that'd help her, her top speed would only be 70 mph and she'd have to accelerate to that speed, Canary's cry is much faster than that.

If Dinah busts out one of these it's night night for Mari.

The great thing about her Canary Cry is that it's really hard to defend (or it should be if its written properly) and I can't think of an animal that'd be resistant or immune to it.

@Pfcoolio15: (To be fair I'm assuming this battle is taking place in a zoo or consevatory or somewhere Mari has access to a large supply of animals) Unless Big Blue or GL are in the vacinity I don't think either would help her even if Blue was he's been staggered by Dinah's Canary Cry before. Then there's the h2h element Dinah is consistently viewed as a top tier martial artist, off the top of my head I can't recall any high level showings for Mari, that would place her in Dinah's league either..

There are a ton of deaf animals. Vixen could channel an ant or a spider or something, and they exist almost everywhere on Earth, and Dinah would be left with her martial arts skills, which wouldn't be enough.

@Sovereign91001: Vixen doesn't necessarily have to be near an animal to mimic the ability. As long as she is connected to the morphogenetic field, she has been able to mimic animals on the other side of the world. Even ones that are instinct like the Sabertooth tiger. She's even channeled the powers of mystical beasts like dragons. And couldn't she just take in Black Canary's ability so she'd have a resistance to the cry or use it herself.

And another thing, she was able to duplicate Red Arrow's archery skills, so wouldn't it make sense for her to be able to take in Black Canary's fighting abilities as well.

I don't recall that but it sounds like PIS to me, abalone shells are durable but that's beyond ridiculous.

Fair point on the h2h. I'm a little dubious on the Canary Cry though.

Well since you stated that it is the most powerful version of the characters and apparently at one point Mari was a power-mimic I'll say she wins. I'd like to add the addendum though I still think without the ability to mimic meta's powers she'd lose to Dinah.

That boat was deaf. It isn't just the noise that gets you but also the concussive force.

Do you have scans of that? Seems like there could be some out of context stuff there or more likely he didn't hit her that hard. Common criminals "withstand" punches from Superman all the time. There aren't many beings he can hit with even 75% of his full force.

The only way I see Vixen winning is if she has the power of an animal or insect that can't hear. Otherwise Canary Cry stomps.

Black Canary wins,if she manages to scream before she gets knocked out.
