The H2H advantage canary has really shouldn't factor into this - it won't come to that. And while Canary's scream is destructive, Songbird's sound powers are that and more - they can be used defensively as well, making a shield to block Canary's cry. They let Songbird make constructs that can come at canary from multiple directions. They also give Songbird a huge boost in terms of speed and mobility in terms of her flight.
So I see Songbird winning this for the clear majority.
