Echo - She can mimick any fighting styles Dinah throws at her. Giving equal combat with her own tricks included. (:

She doesn't have to 'hear' to be affected by it. The ground can't hear, but yet her Canary Cry can resort it to rubble. :3 It has physical effects not just hearing ones.

Echo has the fighting skill and acrobatic skill of Daredevil and the accuracy of Bullseye, in addition to other fighting styles. I'm not saying Daredevil is a better fighter then Shiva or Cain, but you're seriously selling Echo short here.
canary has faced off with shiva in birds of prey and she did not run. i think shiva could probably take canary hand to hand. and i know that echo is pretty awesome and i know what her abilities are. i just think dinah would find a way to beat her.

I think it is more likely for the one with photographic reflexes to do that.
let's be serious. taskmaster has the same ability and has been whipped on a regular basis. and i am not an echo expert but i did read her in new avengers and she was really not all that impressive.
