Lobo pretty easily.

Reading stuff with Blackbolt, it was said that he could transmutate beings into stone, I've never seen him do it before though.

He can't kill Lobo but he could probably knock him out with a master blow or with his destructive hypersonic voice.

Black Bolts is no slouch. But with that being said, Lobo should be able to speed blitz him.

NO!!! Black Bolts power set puts him up there with Superman, The Hulk, Thor, and Sentry. Black Bolt's merest whisper would destroy half if not an entire city. I don't know what Reign in Hell Lobo can do, however, I am quite familiar with the Main Man--Feetalz Gizz, Bastiche's!!!--and I know he probably wouldn't even be able to touch Boltagar Blackgagon.

Black Bolt is not up there with Superman, not in speed, not in power, not in versatility, not in durability. A maximum blast from BB would hurt Superman, but it wouldnt put him down. On the other hand, Supes could take out BB before he even knew what happened.

@dondave: yeah that means he can't pass on and won't stay dead but he does technically die so fights to the death is not an auto win for him like many think.
