Flash can hit as hard and faster than Superman with an IMP, can break the time barrier and hit before the battle began, can hit BB 10000000000000 times before he's even though of whispering. With Flash's speed force power he can negate most of Blackagar's power. his quasi sonic scream relies on sound which is vibrating particles, take away their speed and there is no sound. Same for electron manipulation, if charged particles can't move they are nothing.
Anyone know what levels of durability Black Bolt has?...Is he in the level of Supes, Hulk or Thor in terms of durability?....I'm just not too familiar with all of his powers stats besides his scream and master blow.
@KainScion: What is that supposed to prove? That Flash can grab someone's leg? Wunderbar. Do you want to post scans from Deathstroke's own book where Flash beats him down and runs circles around him, or should I?

Flash goes to Central City, flirts with Iris, does his taxes, accepts another key to the city, then comes back and smacks down BB before he can open his mouth.

That's your opinion, one that you have not substantiated in any way, unless of course you think Flash grabbing Deathstroke's leg is supposed to be clear proof that he's not as great as everybody thinks he is.

He is the fastest man alive and he has also outrun Death, outrun the Big Bang, one-shotted a White Martian, humiliated Mongul, made Superman look slow, beaten Wonder Woman in a race while running backwards, and on top of all that, has blitzed that same man whose boot he grabbed in that scan. He's done all these things, and yet you want to bring up the time he grabbed Deathstroke's boot and focus on that. It's like saying Hulk is clearly not the strongest one there is because he was choked out by a python once, all other feats be damned. We all know Flash snapped Reverse Flash's neck. So he can take anyone. Black Bolt would be about to say something and Flash would have went to the white house had a cup of tea with the president then returned and snapped his neck like a popsicle stick. But if he was heartless.. if this were a real battle Flash whould try to cuff him.. and he would still win.

I mean, even if Flash was going to talk and then Black Bolt opened his mouth to use his power - Flash would notice it coming near him in slow motion and then outrun it.
There's no way for this guy to tag Flash, unless he's turned the other way or unconscious.
@Jezer: Flash can not see BB voice. We only see it for visual reasons. Like how we see Sue storm force field even though it is invisible.
His voice causes destruction? Therefore, BlackBolt's voice should make noticeable physical effects on the environment while it's reaching out towards The Flash.
So yes, he should be able to see Black Bolt's voice.
@Jezer: No,technically he would see the effects of his voice, not his voice itself. also I believe BB has used his voice on people and the area between BB and his opponent was unharmed. Since it is not the actual sound that is destructive I believe he can focus it to some degree.

I didnt initially say he would see his "voice", but his power. If he's able to see the effects of it reflected in the landscape, then he'd be seeing his power. It's like using footsteps in sand or water to see an invisible person.
But if Black Bolt can focus it so that it doesn't make any noticeable effect on anything, and simply hits the Flash, then you're right that he wouldn't be able to see it.
