I don't know, guys. Doom's powerful enough, forward thinking enough...he might just have enough technological and mystical defenses to take the first words from BB's mouth. If he can survive the first attack, Doom could more than likely disorient BB enough to pull out a victory (Dimension shift him to a realm where sound doesn't exist, teleport BB over short distances hundreds of times in a second, all the while reconfiguiring his armor to absorb the energy properties of Bolt's scream so he could use his own power against him when he attacks again...)
I'm not calling it a straight victory for Doom, but even with no preptime, he deserves a bit more consideration than what he's got so far...
There was that whole arc in FF starting around issue 500 called Unthinkable, and at the start Doctor Doom uses magic to skin his one true love alive and make armour from it...nice... But he uses alot of magic there, even manages to put Doc Strange down for the count.
