It's more a matter of morals holding him back than anything else. This is him with morals on.
no superman didnt punch him from behind he stopped when teth turned around when superman was gonna punch him (superman wouldnt punch someone in the back of the head as it would probalby kill him)
The speed of sound travels at a maximum speed of around 760 MPH. Black Adam can easily reach of speeds 10 times that and faster. How can someone with an attack of sound do anything to someone who can easily move faster than his attack, and quick blow to the head kill him. Which Black Adam will do.

@Supreme Marvel: not sure ask a black bolt fan i didnt stay on the thread i was just browsing it was like his body generates that energy and when he speaks it projects it depending on how loud/quiet he speaks also goes into the amount of it he projects

Okay, this brings me to my next point. Probably should have started with this. But now I know Black Bolt's speed is enhance human. How will he do the "scream" if he cant open his mouth? Meaning that, BB has to open his mouth to release his attack. Black Adam will have moved from his spot and easily have made contact with BB. Now, what is the full extent of his durability? Can he take a hit from Black Adam? Black Adam won't hold back either. So he will go full force if need be.

Wouldn't kill him. Superman has full control over his power and strength. A little flick and he'd be out cold.
@Supreme Marvel: i meant if you punch someoen in the back of the head as hard as you can when your on the same levels of physical power- 1 human punches another human in the back of the head as hard as possible and he could kill him

Teth Adam. Would knock Teth out cold. Not Black Adam.
adam is faster and stronger but bolt is more skilled strong enough to hold his own and has better range attacks and matter manipulation on top of that.
