Black Bolt is blood lusted.
Fight takes place on the blue side of the moon and they start 30 feet apart.

Morals on as they apply.

I'm gonna go with Alan on this one.

He's faster, and once he shuts his mouth, he should win rather easily.

Now this is getting rediculious, the guy who can take on almost entire DC earth heroes at full powers, who can casually one shot superman level character and potential to alter reality vs Blackbolt, thats as one sided as it gets.
