Grant easily. Diggle is a huge jobber, but he would come in second. Gordon is decent at h2h, but nowhere near these guys' level.

I don't think "jobber" is the correct title for Diggle, he might not have many feats, but he's never lost just for the sake of showing how good someone else is.
