After Captain Marvel took away his powers, Black Adam used Felix Faust to give him Isis' power. Once he regained his own abilities, he gave it back.

I remember a few years back, before I made my account, and just used to search it; that just after WW3 he was additionally amped by Isis, but clearly you just re-enforced that it is not true.

So there was never an amp, just Black Adam going all out; showing his true potential etc.
