Gave a "slight" boosts to Wonder Man's speed/reflexes/agility (already bullet time/close to it and Mach 3 flight speed) so he doesn't get SPEED BLITZED, and it's now JUNK?! WTFE!!

Isn't BA near light speed so wouldn't he still be able to speedblitz
