Everyone is at their regular, classic strength levels.  The reason why I have set Black Adam up against so many people is because when ever you read a Black Adam vs x battle, everyone instantly says "Black Adam destroys x."
 
Who wins and why?  Please don't comment if you are an unreasonable fanboy of any of the characters.
 

I'm leaning towards BA

However, If you come to the Comic Vine Forums Black Adam one shots them with his MP punch in a slaughterstomp.
