ROFL @supes going down to Black Adam. I agree that BA is pretty BA, but Superman is THE standard DC Universe uses to compare anyone's strength level too. And considering BA was just beat down by GL and recently recovered, add to that the fact that Superman was just sunbathing and came down in a rage to aid WW, there is no way anyone could possibly actually believe BA would stand a chance. Maybe in an evenly matched rested state this discussion could actually go either way, but not in response to this trailer in their current state.
 
If you want to discuss BA vs. Superman I am all for it. I would say Superman just because his powers are so familiar to me and he holds his own against the likes of Wonder woman (the best melee combatant in the world) and Darkseid. BA is probably his best match amongst all the super powered villains (BA is an Anti-Hero, not a villain though)

Superman wins actually, if Superman can give him a good fight whilst holding back, he should wreck BA when he lets go....

This is one character not holding back can be very difficult to beat.

A bloodlusted, sun-dipped Superman similar to the one in the trailer would stomp on Black Adam. Normally they are basically on the same level, with Adam taking an edge due to his magical advantage.

The sun isn't a limitless power source otherwise it would never burn out which it will in a few billion years. It's just a really long-lasting power source but it's not infinite. Why doesn't Superman just go and sundip in every fight if he could do that? I'm pretty sure Adam also has the speed to catch him so if Superman tries to fly off and charge up in the sun, Adam could chase after him and keep him from doing so. They seem pretty equal in strength. However, it's been stated by the JSA and Four Horsemen that Black Adam is stronger Superman is probably a better fighter and smarter though. The only way he'd be able to absorb a significant amount of sunlight to make a difference between their power is if he sundipped otherwise that's not much of an advantage. "

"@omdway: you make it sound like hes not capable of taking magical attacks, yes the magic bypasses his aura but its still gotta deal with his natural durability outside of it and hes shown to take a few shazams atleast and still stand but the fact lightning moves in slow mode to him and he travels alot faster than it, he can turn invisible by vibrating, vibrate threw things which means he can do instant kills if he wanted to by stopping vibrating while inside someone, hes shown alot more skill in fighting, has the fact he can absorb sunlight and grows stronger while in space the closer he gets to the sun, they have many advantages over eachover with captain marvel/ black adam having one but superman having 5+ "
