I find this tough but MM can do some very serious damage very quickly while blacks dam charges at him for a physical blow and then glides right threw him .
Tough , I say black Adam but I can't justify it he's hot massive powers but MM can avoid being hit , can shut down the mind or read ur next moves and with no morals he's extremely dangerous.
But.......Black Adam would win. He's beaten him before, and MM had to give it his all when Black Adam was fighting about 5 other Superman level beings, and some lesser ones, too.
@thundergodswrath: Black Adam only resisted MMH the first time because for some reason MMH couldn't take all the suffering the Black Adam had caused in his life. In their second encounter MMH overwhelmed Black Adam with all the suffering he had experienced and that of Black Adam's victims
