A normal human can react in 0.1s, (that's 20m/s) although some claim that dejavus are FTL-speed thoughts. Anyway, that's how MB gonna react since he has no superhuman reflexes. Black Adam has superspeed, and had been depicted as running at Mach 500 (that's 170.145m/s). So you guys are right in a blitz BA is gonna win this, since MB will not have time to react.

But since you talked about the "comic world", The Runner claimed that he was faster then thought itself, and he has FTL-speed reflexes, which makes one wonder how fast is a thought in the "comic world" since Runner made such a statement.

It's all about how you want to interpret it, but MB gave Superman a stroke by telekinetically pinching the blood vessels in his brain, so he's no joke in that department.
