Not to take anything away from Black Adam who is truely formidible but Magneto's power is control over the electromagnetic spectum which includes radio and microwaves and even the frequencies that our brain's and bodies operate on. Marvel seems to want to only occasionaly show him using his full ability like how they limit Thor (who would be a good fight for Adam). Magneto's power is really closer to that of an herald (if not more), so the fight could turn out differently.

mags is great in terms of mutants wise (one of the best imo), but you are dealing with god-like magic being here and mags powers are not able to do any damage here adam has greater durability, speed, wisdom, strength, magic healing, endurance, stamina, courage of mehen, thunder bolt lightning not that he needs all this, i think this will be a quick battle due to the speedblitz
Look at what I said. Magneto is the master of the vehicle that even telepaths use. So is Adam faster than thought. Magneto (so far) has never used his powers to try to control anyone's thoughts but we haven't seen him read the magnetic drives on secure computer networks either and I doubt anyone doubts he can do that. And lightnening/electricty is the flip side of magnetism so it's a component of what he controls. I don't know about Adam since his is magical in nature tho.
Seeing how no one has explained how any organism's biology runs without the synaptic impulses (electrical in nature) Magneto's power should affect any being using those impulses. Not to mention that the electromagnectic spectrum encompass MANY forms of energy so it is more like the power cosmic than a magnet. Remember it THIS energy from a yellow sun that powers Superman. You telling me that he couldn't fight Adam?!?
When he shows this power to the extent that you say, then it might be worth considering but until then, it's speculation. However as already mentioned, Mag's has no answer for BA's speed and Mag's best forcefield won't withstand BA's physical attacks.
How about using his powers to give Black Adam a heart attack or an anerysm? Being neigh invulnerable is to outside attacks not ones own body. Or ripping the metals from his blood. Oh and ain't it all speculation?

No, it's not all speculation because BA attacking at massive speed has been shown to happen. The same for his strength, on many occasions. His invulnerability is the same throughout his body, not just the outside as he is infused with the power of the gods.

Gods (especially the Kemetic i.e. Egyptian, Greek, and Roman) gods have repeatedly effects of the physical world from needing to eat, sleep, affected by poison and physical attacks. Magneto is the MASTER of the electromagnetic spectum. That same spectrum (via a yellow sun) gives Superman is powers, Firestar and the Incredible Hulk. Magneto has the tools to take down Adam, the question is could he utilize them before falling victim to him.
I dunno couldn't he use his electromagnetic powers to throw off Adam's coordination and thinking? Not to mention the anerysim and heart attack combo while hitting him with a microwave blast using the energy of the sun (or several stars if you really are the spectrum's master) and causing a thermonuclear blast to boot all while safely behind your force field. If after all that and Adam aint dead then you are.

With his level of durability, I don't think any of that would affect him. Also, Black Adam would take his head off before Magneto could form a thought.
funny how everybody instantly says black adam wins without actually taking the time to consider what magneto can do
1. magneto always has his shields up
2. magneto has dealt with speedsters around adams level before
3. magneto can reverse his blood flow, shut down his nervous system with an EMP, control the iron in his blood and clog his veins or rip him in half, and revert him back to a human by re-directing a lightning shot adam might shoot
im not exactly ensuring a victory for magneto, but actually think things through for BOTH characters
