I think Hell King Spawn can win here because of his Superior Magic Abilities.

Spawn stomps.

Spawn is unfamiliar with Egyptian magic and gods, this gives BA a significant advantage. That being said I still think Spawn wins the majority.

Hell King stomps. Black Adam cannot BFR him. cannot Kill him. Certainly not KO him.

BA is one of my favorites just under Spawn lol. In all seriousness though Im not sure what BA could do against Spawn in his home turf. He cant die, all of his abilities are enhanced etc. Spawn takes this. Outside of Hell it might be different.
