Strange and Doom curb stomp. Classic Strange has matched Mephist, Dormmamu and Shuma in their relms (admittedly by drawing on their power). Cap only mathced Spectre (who'd be roughly equal to Dormmamu and Mephisto and slightly below Shuma) when every mystic on Earth lent him their power. Strange could solo this.

Well, actually the Dr Strange is able to kill Hulk with the merest move of his finger, but he wanted to talk to Bruce as a friend, and (if you really read the comic) is mentioned in the issue number 2 first page, that he is ble to kill Hulk... and in the Third issue page number 8, he said that he wanted to stop him without killing him..
