He's impervious to all magic, not from his dimension. So in other words Odin and Loki's magic would have no affect on him whatsoever.

But the only magic users/reality warpers Prime has fought that can compare to Odin are the Anti-Monitor and Mxy. And that was when he was powered by the Guardians and in my opinion taking out Mxy was PIS.

Well first off prime beat anti-monoter before he had absorbed that guardians energy. Taking Mxy hostage after had nothing to do with his new energy, Mxy just couldn't do anything to him because he is immune to all magic because it didn't exist on his earth. PIS has nothing to do with it..."

You really have no proof it wasn because of the guardian power only. And he didn't actually fight the anti monitor, he just punched him when he was down.

But on the other note, Pre crisis kryptonians are unbelievable. Just look at COIE. Supergirl nearly overcome the universe eating anti monitor by herself. This fight woudn't end soon no matter who wins. If it was guardian Prime then he would squish Odin and Loki, this way i think Odin could take him. And then die of internal injuires."

Honestly, if you're not reading the current Thor series you have no idea of Loki's abilities.  He doesn't need to attack them directly with magic, just warp the space around them and such.  He is EXTREMELY powerful with magic.
