I wast trying to think of a list of beings in the DC universe who could(or had the potential to) give Black Adam a good thrashing and come out on top, but the list was rather short. Any ideas(no nigh-omnipotent or vastly powerful cosmic beings like The Spectre, please)? So far I could only come up with Martian Manhunter and Superman Prime......

To cut a longer story shorter, he got over it, subjected Adam to his own pain and torment, and had Adam in extreme psychological anguish and extreme pain. This makes no sense. If I was Black Adam, a villain in the DC universe, and I could own Superman and Captain Marvel any day of the week. I would simply take over earth. He's taken on the JLA to a stand still. Simply set Manhunter on fire, break Captain Atom's suit, kick Batman's face in, and break Kal-El's neck with my magic fingers. I win. I don't see how any character could stop him.

Darkseid? I'm sure he would smack Darkseid down like a bitch.

How could he do this? Are they just gonna line up for their a$$ kicking?? Taking it one at a time???
There are many more teams and heroes on Earth than just the JLA.

@Th3 FlAsH 123: Good point, but I've considered the JLA the A-Team of the DC universe. If they don't win, nobody can. I can't imagine the Teen Titans or Justice Society having a chance against Black Adam.

I think the only way to beat him is with some kind of plot of device, like Galactus and the Nullifier.
