Classic Thor would probably struggle with Bizarro...well depending on the mood of BIzarro... cause if he is pissed Bizarro is worst to fight than even Superman...cause often Superman holds back in fights... Bizarro wont because he really doesnt understand how to do so...

If we speak about holding back then Thor is the no one character at that. He almost never uses all his abilities unless it's a matter of life and death. I think he can win here. Not an easy fight but I can see him winning
