Some proof that she's stronger than Wonder Woman? Her inability to hold back (don't know if she's gotten over this by now) made it seem like she was stronger than Superman when she really wasn't. Could be the same with Wonder Woman.

Supergirl's already fought Bizarro. Several times. She's beaten him every single time. She's punched him and sent him flying miles and knocked him out. She's moved faster than he can react.
She's also beaten Bizarrogirl as well....with a finger flick.
