I think the DC Team wins in an interesting fight... any 2 of the DC Characters should be able to handle Black Bolt and Ultron... now the Silver Surfer will need to be handled by at least 2 of the DC characters... but that should not be a problem since they can take out Ultron and Black Bolt quite handily

Physically, he's about as strong as Superman. He has good fighting skill. He also has something called the astro-force. Using something called the astro-harness as well as a mother box, he can utilize the astro-force's power in different ways. He once used it to stop an Apokoliptian cube from destroying all life on Earth and another time he used it to stop a bomb that would have destroyed the universe if it detonated. He can also use his astro-force to create energy blasts. He once knocked Superman out with just one of these blasts. He also once almost destroyed the Earth with the astro-force while he was fighting on the moon.
As for this battle, I'm not really sure who wins because team 2 has the Silver Surfer on their side. I'm kind of leaning towards team 1 but this would be a long and hard fight because of Surfer.

Surfer would be difficult. Of course, they're vastly out numbered. Black Bolt is out of his league here.
