Bizzaro not being weak against magic and not depending on the sun for energy really helps him out in this fight, but his stupidity will cost him any chance of beating Thor.
Bizarro is a like a clone of Superman, but the complete opposite; hence the backward "S." Superman could defeat Thor with his speed, but Bizarro I believe has never been shown to be anywhere near as fast as Superman, which means he loses here. Superman's only defense against Thor is his speed, without it, he's way too vulnerable; so Thor can definitely defeat Bizarro.
You also have to take into consideration the amount of intelligence Thor has over Bizarro, both in combat and wits. Bizarro is a blithering idiot, he would have no idea how to win. Thor,before the fight even starts, has already determined how he will win. It only takes Thor a couple of seconds to realize what he is fighting.
Because Thor is with morals on, he is holding back, he will lose against Bizarro.
Thor isn't exactly the type to hold back, especially against a villain, which Bizarro is, Supes would be a much tougher fight, but that is another 30 threads, Thor takes this due to versatility, and smarts.

Technically the real Bizarro only showed up in a tank at the end. Unless is he up and running in ForEvil yet?

Thor is far more intelligent than people believe, he is more wise than clever but he is no fool. He will initially hold back as always and see how strong bizarro is and let loose a little. And yes i believe that Thor could take superman, but that's another topic. Bizarro lacks power ( not strength ). thor is too much for him to take down in my opinion, but im not particularly familiar with bizarro, But i'd place bets on thor. also just cause bizarro has no invulnerability to magic, getting shot by lightning that thor produces will hurt ANYONE.
Bizzaro owns. Superman >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Thor and bizzaro would be even more of a nightmare due to bloodlust and magic resistace. Literally a Supes vs Thor fight would just end in a speed blitz and Odin having to save Thor's sorry butt. And for god blast? Thor won't have time to think before he's getting a fist into his jaw.
