Bizarro would defeat Red Hulk... but this might be a tough fight if Bizarro thinks to himself "Bash Red Guy In Eye Must" instead of utilizing the full extent of his powers. Black Adam wins in the Four Way Battle... Horse Face and Stupid Supes could test him though.

Thor did tagged Surfer(while Surfer was moving), nonetheless. And exactly what is BA's reaction speed?

So your basically implying Black Adam, could beat all those people Amazo did than? Why can't Beta Ray Billl beat Amazo? Yes Thor has beat people more powerful than Alan Scott, and Dr.Fate. Thor has beaten Silver Surfer who is faster than Jay Garrick, and Wonder Woman.

@jeanroygrant: SS combat speed is no where near as fast as Jays. Not only that but, Black Adam kept up with Jay in the speed force while fighting BRB isn't coming close to that.
