This is tough... I will go with Team Lantern however. Grundy is mostly landlocked which means he won't be much of an issue -- Atrocitus and Sinestro can both fly, and should be able to handle Bizarro in the sky (particularly Atrocitus who is very strong). Once they finish Bizarro Grundy should not be an issue.

Its never stopped Grundy from pummeling the JLA and JSA before who have had Superman, Powergirl, Alan Scott in their ranks.

Sinestro is too smart for them. He will use his mobility to his advantage and pummel them from afar. Standard Bizarro and Grundy are no match for team 2. Atrocitus should provide more than an ample distraction for Sinestro to whip up something good.

Atrocitus is very smart as well, and much stronger than Sinestro, intelligence will win this for them more than anything. And sure, Grundy can flog people when they close with him to brawl, but the Lanterns can easily just avoid him until Bizarro's down.

Bumping because this battle is cool.

Assuming this isn't Grundy at his JSA-stomping levels, I'd give the power ring duo the nod. More versatility.
