Can M Bison with his powers withstand the best of Iron man and dominate him? Battle is set in Genosha in a random encounter!

We all know if Bison could defeat the Antimonitor COIE then Iron is just another notch on the belt...

but in serious terms if the two were to ever meet... if Bison got his hands on him... he could drive him insane... similar to what he did to ken masters in the animated movie... problem is tony stark would never let it happen... even if Bison teleported right next to him... but if this is game Bison...

??? There is no normal Bison, the Psycho Power is a PART of Bison! He always has access to the Psycho Power, it's what makes him Bison ;-)
