Actually the more I think about this, I'm giving it to Cardiac. His vibranium mesh skin should protect him from what his agility can't avoid. As long as he can get in close enough for hand to hand combat, he should win with or without Robotic Arm.
@Nobody: I forgot about his skin.......that changes things........hmmm........I guess it would depend on Bishops ability to absorb physical damage like Shaw to gain the win...
@texasdeathmatch: I'm not sure how Bishop would fair against physical damage but he can definitely absorb the Shocks. He has absorbed attacks from Onsalaut, Mr. M, & a mind controlled Cyclops.
