It's been a long time since I've seen Fist of the north star (Never read the manga I'm afraid) But I think Guyver has way too many tools at his disposal to lose to Kenshiro. Plus, he can regenerate from almost nothing. So even if Kenshiro did take a win Guyver would be back eventually and much, much stronger.
@Do I have to give a name?: Supposedly, all Kenshiro needs to do is touch a pressure point, and Guyver's head would explode or something. However, as you've mentioned, aside from Guyver's regenerative abilities, he's also got a bunch of tools to work with (vibration swords, sonic emitters, etc).
