IMO his power wasn't greater than Surfer's, but he also shouldn't be stomped. Quasar>Binary, so team 2 after good fight.

@czarny_samael666: Agreed his power wasn't at a great scope to be able to take surfer but he does have the ability to contend for awhile. Also, this is Wendell as Quasar correct
