True... Methos did Ion vs Phoenix and they came to the conclusion that it would be a draw so I'm saying Ion = Phoenix.

i saw that thread and i think that's right. but i do think that spectre=living tribunal and if that's the case then you know phoenix cant beat him. only the one above all can beat the living tribunal. i've never seen the living tribunal even concerned with anyone else. he didn't even care with thanos had the infinity gauntlet. now if i'm wrong and spectre isn't quite on tribunal's level, then i would call it a draw.

:) yeah that's probably the best she could pull off. i have to find out if i'm right and spectre is on tribunal's level. you know white crown phoenix recreates her universe, but the living tribunal is still more powerful, being the judge of the entire multiverse. if spectre is only for his universe, than a draw might be the best he could pull off.

The Spectre......he's too strong, even for White Crown. He is the LT of DC, and he's as strong as Presence wants him to be.......Phoenix can't match that, I'm afraid.
