This thread has a problem common with the threads of newer members. Often they look at a characters relative position within their universe, and put them up against someone from another universe in the same relative condition. This can create some serious mis-matches, because universes have different scales of power.
When creating a battle its best to look at the characters history of feats, and powers. Then apply some logic and common sense. For example if you have a character who can fly and has a ranged attack, a character who can't fly, and doesn't have a ranged attack is going to be at a serious disadvantage. I see this one a lot in Hulk battles.
This battle lacks that unbalancing factor, and is more the result of simple power scales in their respective universes. Both teams are made of people who are high tier in strength in their own universe. The problem is that DC has a far higher average in strength then Marvel. So because this is a battle primarly decided by strength, the stronger team is going to have the advantage.
Which is why team one wins 10/10.
