I vote the beyonder easy, hes an entire universe in himself... not just that but as an entire cosmos in one being would he not have the power cosmic at his command being that of the power of a cosmos?

The Beyonder realm is many times bigger that the marvel multiverse. But the problem is not this . Presence admitted to Lucifer that he not the supreme being and he had someone better than him (he was talking about probably the Primal Monitor).

Beyonder in a semi stomp imo. Lucifer is a step down from LT who was clearly below pr Beyonder. Presence seems to be at about LT levels or slightly above so maybe lasts a bit longer. Beyonder just held too much power. Blasts that could take out multiverses just staggered him for a sec or two.

why put an omnipotent against another omnipotent?
