Depends who's on the Justice League roster, there are a lot of league members and a few could beat Doom by themselves

Dooms prep would easily cause him to stomp the league

Cus some of the leagues other members like the Flash and Captain Atom are a bit over powered ... not sure how Dr Doom having prep gives him an automatic win over anyone.

When it comes to prep Batman has much much higher success rate than Doom so it's obvious his prep is superior and he still couldn't take a typical league line-up.

It depends on which version of the League and exactly how much knowledge and prep time Doom has.
