Mr. Ed treated the Surfer like Ike treatin Tina Turner... and he didnt really use magic... he just smacked the crap out of him... But Mystical Mr. Ed has his Stormbreaker with him... I think he can beat Diana in a tough fight... you are right that physically she is stronger than he is... but the Stormbreaker Hammer will make it a hard day for the Amazon Princess...
Beta Ray Bill's blasts and such should work here. Magik allows him to weild cosmic energies and such, the energy is still cosmic. So her being immune to SOME forms of magic isn't going to matter when the attack isn't magical.
Beta Ray should be AT LEAST as strong as her, since he is slightly stronger than Classic Thor it seems [Thor who lifted the Midgard Serpent off the Earth: a serpent that looked to be a third the size of Earth] and he shared he burden of lifting Asgard recently an entire city, ACTUAL lifting not flight with some magicians negating gravity, just lifting the old school way, thats more than likely millions of tons. Also he has shattered planets.
Stormbreaker should be faster than Wonder Woman since Mjolnir can get to the end of the galaxy and back in 60 seconds. Additionally Stormbreaker has a sharp edge and a point on it, Wonder Woman being vulnerable to such things mean killing her is easier.
WW i think is physically stronger, and is faster than him. She is resistant to magic and has fought people with much more magic than the likes of Mr. Ed (Ares, Circe, and many others). Her braclets will make range useless here. I also see her better H2H than him.
I will go with WW after quite a fight. It would be nice to see.
