Can Power Girl take down Beta Ray Bill ?
Beta Ray Bill vs Power Girl
You know what though this fight could go either way. Power Girl could just flash Beta Ray Bill and show him her huge boobs and easily have enough time to KO is azz. LOL

If that's what bill gets off on lol that would be her best chance! otherwise, it's hammer time!

Dude, your gonna have to stop distracting me with your avatars! I can't think straight when i post! so i'm gonna blame you, K.S. if any of my posts don't make sense lol
Yeah he should winI think Donkeyface can take her.
She doesn't have Superman's speed and she is not very durable

She isn't on Superman's level of combat speed or Wonder Woman's level of strength, so I'm giving
this fight to Donkey Face due to versatility.
The OP added Powergirl in the fight and didn't seize the opportunity to give good pictures....i am here to rectify the situation.
You're welcome. :)
Also...here's a picture of Beta Ray Bill
Feel free to scroll back up if you like.

That being said....Powergirl would win a lot more fights if she just went into every fight naked.
Maybe we should ask DC to turn her into a nudist like Mystique. That'd be nice. I'd buy every issue.
Bill has real feats. Including planet busting ones and he rarely shows any morals. Power Girl loses hard without being weak to magic. With it, one thunder should take her out a specially considering that even Superman had problems with normal electricity.

Superman does not have problems with normal electricity barring Livewire's PIS. He was hit by the electricity of an entire city and it slowed him down for one second.
Can You show some scans? A specially with Superman taking lightnings? Not, that it will ruin that point, since Power Girl isn't Superman, BRB's and Thor's lightnings are stronger than normal (I've seen comparision to Storm's by Valkyrie in The Fearless), are magical in nature and can be made of out all normal lightnings from whole planet, but it would end some doubts about Superman's vulnerability to electricity.@czarny_samael666 said:

I don't have scans but it was during Batman and Superman's fight in Hush, Superman was weakened by exposure to two different kryptonite sources and Batman hit him with all the electricity in the whole of Metropolis. Even in his weakened condition, the effect barely lasted a second and Batman himself remarked that at best it would stun him a bit. Most people bring up Livewire hurting Superman when they say Superman has a vulnerability to electricity. Livewire is a joke whose lightning cannot even hurt Stephanie Brown. Her hurting Superman is PIS. No one ever thinks about that, but hey.....
So unless I am supposed to believe that Batgirl is more durable than Superman, he doesn't have a vulnerability to electricity.
And Power Girl, who is not as durable as Superman, has tanked a metahuman's lightning bolt without any damage.
Kara loses, but not because "even Superman had problems with normal electricity". That's just ridiculous.
You haven't read the scan, have You? ;-)

Batgirl' costume was insulated.
Where she did that?

:/
Really? Insulation makes her more durable than Superman?
It was some 2003 or 2004 issue of Action Comics, I think. Not really sure.
I am not physic, but why should it hurt Batgirl? Besides, it was writer's intention, You can call it PIS, but it didn't even tickle Batgirl.

Ok, I will look for that, because it seems that something was not right with whole storm.

It didn't even tickle Batgirl because her lightning is not that big a deal.
You were talking about Power Girl? I thought you were talking about Livewire. The Power Girl scan is from Power Girl #25. The storm stopped after the lightning hit PG because the man who created that storm stopped fighting her and Batman because his father was dying. You can check it out yourself, he was quite powerful, he created a city-wide hurricane in a few seconds.
1.It would mean that it doesn't have any power at all. It is impossible.@czarny_samael666 said:

2.Ok. Seems it was legit. I thought that it was somekind of illusion.

Good one, but it didn't took energy from whole city, it was blowout that caused the problem. Nonetheless he was able to take it without being KO. Not that it didn't hurt him, because it did as much as Livewire's shots.@czarny_samael666: I found the Hush fight. Here:
Superman was weakened by exposure to synthetic kryptonite from Poison Ivy and real kryptonite from Batman's ring, and he was still so durable that all the electricity in Metropolis gave him only a second's pause.
But You have to admitt, that saying that he don't have any problems with electricity is a little exaggeration.

That's not what it means. Insulation is not going to block any and all amounts of charge. It would have fried Steph regardless of insulation if the charge had been enough. It wasn't. A charge that can supposedly hurt Superman can't get past Batgirl's insulation?
.......fifth scan. Batman states that it takes the entire city to do it. The entire city's electricity went into that attack and they had to switch to the backup generators. Superman was weakened there to the point where punches from Batman could hurt him, and an entire city's electricity still didn't stop him.
1.Maybe in real world it isn't, in that comic it was. You can call it PIS, but for 100% it was the case of this panel.@czarny_samael666 said:

2.It can be interpreted in two ways. We've seen things like that when heroes weren't using power of whole city (IIRC even in last X-Factor). But thats details, since Supe was weakned. Point was that he has no problem with electricity and it doesn't prove it, since he was hurt. Don't get me wrong, it isn't something that could be used against Superman, but being hurt by electricity can't prove that he has no problem with it.

What are you talking about? You cannot just ignore how insulation works to claim that this was not PIS. You're making no sense at all.
It cannot be interpreted in any other way considering that it is stated that it took the city's entire electrical supply AND that the backup generators went online. I showed you scans of a kryptonite-weakened Superman shaking off an electric attack with greater damage output than a lightning bolt, and another scan of Power Girl calmly tanking a lightning bolt. I do not know what standard of proof you seem to expect.
1.Point is that it was PIS (fight between Livewire and Batgirl), so it can't be used against Livewire's fight with Superman.@czarny_samael666 said:

2.In theory lightning has enough energy to give power to whole city as well, not too mention that is is more dangerous than electricity thanks to temperature. What kind of prove? You've said that Superman doesn't have problems with electricity, while he has, since he was hurt in both cases and he admitted that.
It also doesn't prove that Liverwire can hurt him, since he was hurt by Batman's attack.
BTW:
And even while this debate wasn't about BRB/Thor, Superman/Power Girl, since we were talking about electricity, BRB and Thor can take out Kryptonians easily, since their thunders are magic in nature. Captain Marvel boosted his punch with magic and KOd Superman in one shot and in their fight when Eclipso controlled Superman, magic lightnings were messig around with Supe, BRB/Thor doesn't have to change to send many thunders on Kryptonians and they can strike with power of many thunders at once. Either - Superman or Power Girl - goes down fast to Thor or BRB.
