@Illuminatus: From what I remember from the JLA/Shadow Cabinet story,he can because there he was seen sitting with Supes on some kind of a space rock and talking.

@venomoushatred1001: I know. He asked for Icon feats so I posted the only feat I could find. I'm hoping someone who has read the full fight or who is well read on icon will come in and post some feats or give a case.
BRB is a planet buster, can perceive things moving at FTL speeds, has withstood attacks from Stardust, and fought off an army not even the combined mights of Stardust and Silver Surfer could accomplish. I changed my mind, BRB stomps! Too many feats!
Far from a stalemate and Icon is not on par with Supes in strength.
Yes, he is. McDuffie stated that he was roughly equal to Superman. They fought to a stalemate in World's Collide, even though Icon was under the impression that Superman was several times stronger than he was.
Anyway, while Icon has the strength and speed to contend, he doesn't have the destructive power that Bill possesses. Icon does possess energy blasts of positron (anti-electron energy), they have never shown to be as destructive as Bill's hammer.
I have the scans to their fight. To those who are unaware, World's Collide was confirmed canon in after the Shadow Cabinet first appeared in JLA. Dharma stated that he used Rift's (the omnipotent multidimensional villain in the event) power to merge the DC and Milestone universes. Superman and Icon also remember the World's Collide event as if it has actually happened after Dharma mentioned his ability to merge those universes together within the same conversation.
