Yes he is s strong as Thor not now of course cuz Thor is super super strong, but back in the day he was same as Thor and he is still really strong he would beat the Hulk.
Ya its true I have the Comics they fight in 2 comics forgot the numbers though. Good fight but then they become friends and partners but he technically did not beat Thor the first time cuz Thor did not have his hammer but the second time was fair both had to fight for the hammer and either one could use it and Bill won and Odin made Bill his own hammer and after that they became friends lol.

Interesting battle, but seeing as how Beta Ray isn't quite as powerful as Thor, and Hulk's beaten Thor before, I think Hulk would win it. He's stronger, probably faster, and he's a better fighter.

Hulk is not faster stronger yes but remember Bills hammer is almost as strong or as strong as Thors I think bill wins.

Hulk's powers are only one dimensional-that is,he can only fight X(strength): where as BRB's powers are multi-dimensional-that is, BRB can fight X(strength, speed), Y(he can fly), and Z(thunderbolts, energy blasts,etc.)
