@wario1988: True, I'm just unfamiliar with how powerful the Avatars and Phoenix Lords are in the 40k Universe. I also remember Wraithlords being scary as hell, and I have NO idea what the battleships are capable of.

The only guy the Eldar need to win here is Eldrad. He could solo Bill. Using the whole of the Eldar empire means Bill gets stomped into the ground hard.
